Due to the rapid development of Istanbul, the ecology and quality of urban lives are seriously threatened by the high population growth and the newly constructed. There are a large number of neglected and negative spaces around the large-scale isolated high-rises. Modern community lacks of public facilities and open spaces for interaction.
We regard this project as an opportunity to activate the urban vacant space. Also it can be designed as an open space serving for various urban lives. The social interaction can lead to a new pattern out of the confusion reality driven by the rapid economic development.
