We are Atelier ALL.
Atelier ALL is an independent design practice based in Guangzhou, China. Founded in 2015, the studio engages in architectural, urban design and research. Situated in South China, the "neutral yet inclusive" character merges with our work.
We view the city, buildings, people as interwoven structures—each with its own form, yet open to complexity. Our work focuses on issues arising from China's urban-rural duality: urbanization, migration, infrastructure, and social equity. We approach architecture as an open structure, grounded in the interactions between these elements and space.
We engage the public realm through design work, research, and exhibitions. Our projects have been featured on multiple medias.

加入 | RECRUITMENT
- 建筑学相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 3年以上从业经验，有公建建筑专业/室内施工图经验者优先；
- 具备独立深化项目能力，熟识国内工程落地流程；
- 相对成熟的专业素养，善于沟通协作，有一定组织与协调团队的能力；
- 熟练掌握专业软件。
助理建筑师
- 建筑相关专业本科及以上学历；
- 3年以下经验；
- 具备一定方案创作能力，有较强的动手及表达能力；
- 有求知欲，开朗认真，对专业有坚持和热情；
- 基本掌握设计专业软件。
实习生 (长期有效)
- 建筑设计相关专业毕业生或三年级以上在校生；
- 实习期不少于3个月，实习时间较长者优先考虑；
- 较强的动手以及成果表达能力；
- 实习期满后，有意者优先录取为正式员工，免除转正试用期；
- 实习生每月补贴2000元。
